Feel her power and softness.
Wild Blue is a calm, intuitively guided experience by the water, where we connect with water as an element that naturally slows us down, grounds us, and opens us up to greater presence.
We can't rush a river, but we can get to know its flow and discover something of ourselves along the way. A Wild Blue workshop invites you to tune in to what is here: the murmur of a stream, the coolness of water, light dancing along the bank, a fine spray on your skin. These simple moments invite us to notice and feel our connection with the world around us.
With Wild Blue, we pause to meet the water as a living presence. Through our senses, breath and attention, we explore this connection in small, carefully guided steps.

-
Blue Spaces of Upper Carniola (Gorenjska), Slovenia
Sessions usually take place by the Kokra River or in other waterside settings in Gorenjska, Slovenia’s Upper Carniola region. These are places I know, respect and trust. I choose each location with tranquillity, accessibility and safety in mind.
-
Location of your choice
If you have a place in mind, we can arrange a visit to assess it beforehand. During the warmer months, I can also travel to the Slovenian coast on request, where we can explore a sense of connection with the openness of the sea.
Before we meet, we’ll discuss what you hope to gain from the experience, agree on a location and talk through anything I should consider, such as terrain, pace, accessibility, fear of water or health conditions. You’ll also receive directions, parking information and advice on what to bring.
Wild Blue
Wild Blue is a way of connecting with water in natural settings known as blue spaces. It brings together professional knowledge and practical experience, drawing on the idea of biophilia and perspectives from neuroscience on our relationship with nature. Breathing and mindfulness practices invite you to settle into the moment and deepen your connection with your surroundings.
The approach takes inspiration from hydrotherapy and thalassotherapy, alongside ways of mindfully connecting with streams, rivers, waterfalls, lakes and the sea. These influences come together in a practical, meaningful experience of well-being through connection with water.
Assessing the setting and the needs of those taking part is an important part of the approach. I use the Wild Blue sequence: a carefully planned series of activities with a clear structure, adapted to the purpose of the session and the people joining it. This helps me set an appropriate pace and care for participants’ safety and comfort around water.
