Forest baths in Gozdni Tok (Forest Flow) are based on the principles of the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, which emphasizes the involvement of all senses to promote relaxation and overall well-being. Here we use the FTHub method, developed by the Forest Therapy Hub (FTHub), a leading global organization for professional training, research, and innovation in the field of forest bathing and forest therapy.

Before the first meeting, we discuss any health conditions, limitations or needs and agree on a time and location for the session. We meet at the starting point (for example, a parking lot) and set off. At various selected parts of the terrain, I invite you to various simple experiences of exploring the natural environment, through observing the various stimuli it offers. After the forest bath, many people report that it was actually their first time experiencing nature in this way, and most report an improvement in their well-being and a very satisfying experience. We end the bath with a time for reflection and integration so that the experience can be well-placed and thus support you further. Together we return to the starting point, where we say goodbye and each of us takes away a new pleasant life experience.
