Sounds, scents and the play of light and shade offer plenty of ideas for activities. We’ll learn to choose one, give it time and let each person experience it in their own way. As we find comfortable places and alternate movement with pauses, you’ll learn to shape a session that gives the group time to experience nature.

Over two days, you’ll first experience the activities for yourself, then practise leading them with support from your trainer and fellow participants.
